Client Questionnaire Development and Analysis
If you want to know how your clients perceive your offering, we can design a postal and email questionnaire specifically for your organisation. As part of the service, we will also analyse the results and consolidate them into a report.
We will create an email version of the questionnaire (which includes a month subscription of Smart Survey) and produce a print version.
Due to GDPR regulations, we would ask you to send the emails and the printed versions out to your clients. We then analyse the responses and produce a report with key insights and recommendations based on all the feedback.
The fee includes up to:
• Development of the cover letter / email
• Design and development of the questionnaire
• Analysis of up to 75 written responses
• Analysis of up to 250 online responses
• Conducting and analysing 10 follow up telephone calls in more depth with clients
