If you want to know how your clients perceive your offering, we can design a postal and email questionnaire specifically for your organisation. As part of the service, we will also analyse the results and consolidate them into a report. We have seen the results significantly influence the nature of the service delivery by our clients. By listening to your clients, you can create meaningful service level agreements rather than assuming what they want. We will create an email version of the questionnaire (which includes a month subscription of Smart Survey) and produce a print version. Due to GDPR, we would ask you to send the emails and the printed versions out to your clients.
